Project Description
The project consists of two separate single-family developments located within the Bruinville Master Plan area of East Riverbank. The West project has 58 lots and the East project has 96 lots and are the first developments to go to construction within Bruinville. Approved by the City as Planned Developments, they include a family friendly layout of 5,000 SF minimum lots, Low Impact Development (LID) guidelines with tree well storm water filters and ground water recharge basins within each development. A master plan sewer trunk line extension and collector roadways are included in the project development plans. McRoy Wilbur Communities plans to develop the project with mid-entry level housing will upscale architecture and features to create a unique community on the East side of Riverbank.
